We take pride in our custom-designed and manufactured jewelry. If an item is on backorder, please contact us for an estimated availability date. Please allow 1-4 weeks of production time before shipping for custom-designed items. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out.
While we strive for accuracy and completeness in our online catalog, please note that some pieces may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in photographs. Individual computer monitor settings may also affect size perception. We provide measurements based on our manufacturing specifications.

RETURN POLICY:
Please keep the following in mind when returning a product purchased online:
- You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item.
- Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
- Returned items must be in their original, saleable condition with original tags and packaging. Items with removed tags are not eligible for returns.
- We inspect all returns, and items showing signs of wear and tear are not eligible for a refund.
- Only items purchased directly from Viviana Puello Jewelry online store can be returned to Vivianapuellojewelry.com. Products purchased through other retailers must be returned following their respective returns and refund policies.
- Please ensure that the package is insured for the total purchase price. We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping. The original sales receipt must accompany all returns.
Please note that "SOLD AS IS" and "LAST ITEM SALE" items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. Personalized items are also not eligible for returns.
EXCHANGE POLICY:
Please keep the following in mind when exchanging an item:
- You have 40 calendar days from the date of purchase to exchange an item.
- Only items purchased directly from Viviana Puello Jewelry's online store can be exchanged to Vivianapuellojewelry.com. Products purchased through other retailers must be exchanged directly with the retailer following their respective returns and refunds policy.
- Exchanged items must be in their original, saleable condition with original tags and packaging.

We offer Federal Express or UPS as our shipping carriers and provide standard overnight or 2-day delivery options. Processing time for in-stock items is 3-5 days, while custom orders will be shipped the following day after completion. Orders must be delivered to a valid residence or business address.
WARRANTY:
Our limited warranty covers any faulty workmanship, and we will handle any issues. However, standard wear and tear may require repairs, which we can do in-house for a fee. If repairs are performed by a jeweler other than Viviana Puello Jewelry, the warranty is void. Please keep in mind that our warranty is not insurance, and customers are responsible for maintaining insurance against loss or damage not covered by the warranty.
